Chen Zhongyue said in his keynote speech: Tianjin is the birthplace of communication in China, the first long-distance telegraph line in China started in Tianjin in 1881, and the first automatic telephone exchange in China was also located in Tianjin in 1927, and we all know that the telecommunication industry nowadays starts with the telegraph and telephone, so Tianjin is the birthplace of modern communication industry.
