The 7th World Intelligence Conference has entered a tense countdown sprint phase. In order to further implement relevant security issues and make solid and meticulous preparations for the conference, the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee organized relevant units to conduct a meal inspection and the entrance meeting of the 7th World Intelligence Conference on May 5th.

Raise standards to ensure safe dining

Secretariat of the WIC Organizing Committee organized the Municipal Market Supervision Commission, the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the reception team to select and inspect the lunches of conference guests, tea breaks, and staff meals. During the inspection process, participants conducted a trial meal of the 9 dining units participating in the selection, evaluating the taste of the dishes, selection of ingredients, hygiene level of the dishes, nutritional matching and richness of the meals, and conducting anonymous voting. The Municipal Market Supervision Commission and the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee have respectively put forward relevant requirements and suggestions for supplier qualifications, catering quality, and dining environment. Next, the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee will carefully plan, organize, and collaborate with multiple parties to coordinate the meal security work of the conference.

Thoroughly deploy and implement the preparation for entering the museum

The Secretariat of the Organizing Committee organized the venue, security, and other relevant units to hold the 7th World Intelligence Congress entrance meeting at the National Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition project planning documents for this conference were exchanged item by item, and the relevant units supplemented and confirmed them. Zhou Shengxi, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, attended and proposed work requirements. Each unit should strictly comply with relevant entry requirements, organize the list, gather efforts, carry out meticulous construction, seize the construction period, and make every effort to do a good job in all preparatory work.
