On April 27, 2023, the bilateral conference project review meeting of the 7th World Intelligence Congress was successfully held. The review meeting was organized by the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee, and invited elites from many professional investment institutions and intermediary service institutions, such as Haisheng Capital, Binhai Fortune, Tairong Foundation, Dingsheng Capital, Qihong Venture Capital, Bohai Bank, Jinnuo Law Firm, Baker Tilly International, to form a project review team. Technology enterprises, such as Fitte Testing, Haike Investment, Lingjing Technology, Suntech Pharmaceutical, Chuangyuan Information, respectively represented the industrial internet of things, high-end equipment, intelligent VR. The innovative pharmaceutical enterprise project underwent a roadshow promotion during the meeting, sharing the latest innovative technologies, business models, and application solutions, demonstrating the strong driving force of digitalization and intelligence to promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

At the meeting, the expert review team comprehensively and objectively evaluated the bilateral talks project. A group of excellent enterprises stood out during the review process. Through the screening and evaluation of the review meeting, they also provided clearer and specific development directions and planning suggestions for the enterprise, providing strong support and guarantee for future development.

At the review meeting, Ren Liwei, Executive Secretary General of the Secretariat of the World Intelligence Congress Organizing Committee, introduced the overall situation of the 7th World Intelligence Congress and the importance of bilateral talks and activities. Ren Liwei stated at the meeting that the World Intelligence Congress is a national level international event, an important platform for China to observe the world, exchange ideas, articulate ideas, and seek consensus, and also a city card for Tianjin. Bilateral talks is a service platform established by the World Intelligence Congress for face-to-face negotiations between governments and enterprises, as well as between enterprises. They provide professional buyer services and create an international city "reception hall" and a global cooperation "circle of friends". Through this review meeting, the conference played a better role as a bridge and link. Through the pre meeting review by the review team, the project was systematically analyzed and judged, further systematizing, professionalizing, and normalizing, improving the quality of bilateral talks and docking services, comprehensively improving docking efficiency, and also accelerating the pace of the conference's "meeting requires handling affairs".
